People of all walks of life are attracted here as the areas are much more diversified. Riley Park is a true melting pot where you can find everything from fine dining restaurants, to food carts and to-go sushi. Many schools in the area make this a dynamic place to live for people with children. Transportation wise you have many options, including the Canada Line, which runs north to south down Cambie Street, taking you all the way to Richmond, YVR, or Downtown Vancouver, where you can either get off, transfer to the SeaBus to head to the North Shore, or transfer to another line and go as far as Coquitlam or Surrey.
