Located within Fairview is the South Granville shopping district, which is home to some of Vancouver’s finest retail destinations. You will love inviting friends over and watching as they all wished they could live here as well.
What You May Not Like
With most housing here being multi-family, larger families, unless they are accustomed to condo or townhouse living, may find the housing here small for their needs. The sacrifice to live in such a desirable location is the lack of single-family homes and less space. This means no back yards for the kids.
