The West End is a vibrant, diverse, walkable, and densely populated community surrounded by world-class parks and beaches, as well as Vancouver’s downtown and Central Business District. New developments do their best to reduce noise, but even the latest and greatest in technology cannot completely drown out the city’s sounds.
